There are many. Amedei is doing some great things with chocolate. Their Chuao is very popular, but I'm a big fan of the Amedi 'Extra 66'. Michel Cluizel also has a number of great chocolates. I guess today my favorite is Domori Porcelana.

I'm a chocoloholic.one of my favourite kind is the home made chocolate from Toronto-CHOCO TRUFFLES, AMEDEI CHAUO from Italy,the VALHRONA from France and all kinds of CHOCOLATES from Belgium.
