Please, I am very worried and don't know what to do. Should I give her some water? Or some food? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Give her water, and watch her. If she keeps doing it, or starts eating dust or grass to make herself throw up, call the vet. Do NOT give her any meds without speaking with the vet first. Mylanta or vomiting suppressants can do more harm than good if she has eaten bad food (like garbage picking, or a dead rotty thing she found in the yard). Then throwing up is a GOOD thing, it gets the nasty thing out of her system.

Some dogs just have weaker stomachs than others just like humans...I have 4 dogs two of them have really weak stomachs and do what you say your did all the time while the other two have no problem with it..you can give them some pepto bismol and it helps to calm their stomach, of course if she's anything like mine she want like it all that much :) or and I know this will sound weird but it really does help them you need to give her some type of dairy product that is made from some type of cultured bacteria such as plain yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, or cream cheese, or even milk...I know it sounds weird but dogs have good bacteria in their stomach which is essential to keeping their stomach in working order and when the bacteria levels get low then they need something to replenish the good bacteria which is where the yogurt, sourcream etc comes and usually when my dogs stomachs are acting they those things are the only things they will eat and after they eat it they will be better a few hours later...just make sure that if you choose yogurt that it is plain yogurt. Also keep her hydrated if she stops drinking you may need to force her to drink some gatorade or something. If she continues to through up for several days with no relief then take her to the vet as that coulb be a sign of something more serious such as parvo virus or coccydia (which is a virus that lives in the digestive system of all dogs and usually lies dormant until some sort of stressful situation triggers it into action but it is easily treated), she also could just need to be wormed. Anyway I hope this information helps and good luck!

If your dogs is constantly throwing up take her to the vet immediately! Otherwise give her ice cubes and no food. Also, if she is experiencing diahrrea you could possibly be looking at parvo, a virus that could kill her. She could even have a blockage in her stomach that could be very bad for her. In any case watch for her breathing, check her gums to see that they are not pale but pink. If pale you better be ready to jet her off to the emergency room!

It's natural and it happens when something doesn't agree with the dogs stomach. Give her some water and let her go outside and chew some grass.

i can also add that the animal may be suffering from heatstroke - if it has been exposed to hot weather, u should consider this as a cause. give it water, take it somewhere where its colder, give it a lukewarm shower or at least soak its head with water from a bottle.

definitely give no food when the stomach has just been upset.

She ate something that was really bad for her. Let her recover on her own. She'll be okay unless it's the parvo virus. Then go see a vet. Has you dog had her shots?

If it's a big dog, it's stomach could have flipped. Call an emergency/24 hr. vet.

Yes, give her water.

Dogs often will eat long pieces of grass just to enable them to throw up... it's like it cleans their system out.

If it continues, see the vet, but otherwise, I'd just think this is normal. Has she been in tall grass lately?
