well i have a bad habbit about blocking people out and not listening..but i don't think i've picked up one to quit one.

LOL...yeah I tried that one now I just smoke both......I tried to quit smoking a few weeks ago and started drinking more coffee at work. Well I started smoking again cause I realized I would have to quit "smoking" and drinking in order to quit cigs. That's damned near impossible so I quit quiting and have yet to find a substitute for quitting. LOL It seems that every time I try to quit something I develop another habit LOL

Well my habit was I like to look nice but now I have a habit that if I look nice then I want the people around me to look as good as I do so I tell them if some thing doesn't look right I tell them that was my habit and kinda still is but i net it go i decided to net people dress the way they feel but drop the cigarettes and the pot it isn't healthy

I started eating cookies when I quit smoking cigarettes. Be careful about that when you quit cigs.

I'm no health care professional or some thing. But perhaps attempt to begin one other unhealthy habbit, however one thats no longer so damaging... Ya understand? Just uncover anything that maintains your brain off of it. Hope this helped a few... :) Good success! I'll pray for you. :)
