I am looking to find a matching paint color to this "red" on a website like Behr or Sherwin Williams. I think I've been looking to long because I cant decide on the closest match. What do you think this color actually is?

This is the bedset:

I work at JCPenney and the color is Terra Cotta. I remember this bedset. Really nice.

the easy way is to take the piece to a paint store not home depot or Lowe's they mean well but lack the experience in color matching so try a porter, Sherwin Williams and remember that the color may look different because of the texture - meaning that the same color applied to a wall may not look the same when applied to a bed post. good luck!

It looks to me like Terra Cotta, something you would see in Mexican coloring, like the tiles and the adobe homes. This is my decorating color and that's what I think of it. Hope this helps

You can get paint slips from the store and mach it to the picture. Or if you have the material they can do it on the computer and match it perfectly.

It looks like a dark rose color...like pinkish red maroon...hmm, tough one. If you already have this set you can take a pillow sham or whatever into a paint store and they use a computer to match the color. You may want to just pick a color that coordinates with it rather than matches it.

According to Sherwin Williams, it's "Baked Clay".
