ok if he is 16 and is dating 12 year olds no matter how much you get along, just do not date him. You are in far too different places right now. You will miss out on all the fun things your friends do and he most likly will not stick around because he will want to be with people his age. Plus its kinda creepy

I wouldn't date him. It's a bad thing waiting to happen. His friends will be cruel to you. They will make fun of him for dating a "baby." Or worse still he could be trying to take advantage of your youth and inexperience thinking it will be easy to have sex with you. You and he are at two very different points of life. He is about to leave highschool, you haven't even started it yet! If he's a good guy, he'll want to stay friends. Email, write letters, but don't date. Date other people in your own circle. If all goes well, in your 20's you'll have a romance worth writing about.
