It is not in the Quran but the Traditions.

Whatever it is- if it is true that the above is from the Prophet, then it is a serious matter and we must look into the rationale of it.
There will be nothing gain by just laughing off.

You can find one rationale below and others elsewhere because here the space is limited.

When Muslims pray, they packed close to each other in multiple rows.I would be disturbed and may lead to a loss of concentration if the person next to me is continually breathing out garlic odor throughout the prayer session.

Of course,Islam care for this minute thing as it stresses on good relationship with another fellow human.

Would you take garlic before going for a date with a woman?

Those references are sited nothing like how a Quranic scholar would. There is no Surah 1:812. The first Surah is pretty short.

I did find one that mentions garlic. I will only add one translation to save space (though note, other translations had herbs in place of garlic):

002.061
(YUSUFALI trans.) And remember ye said: "O Moses! we cannot endure one kind of food (always); so beseech thy Lord for us to produce for us of what the earth groweth, -its pot-herbs, and cucumbers, Its garlic, lentils, and onions." He said: "Will ye exchange the better for the worse? Go ye down to any town, and ye shall find what ye want!" They were covered with humiliation and misery; they drew on themselves the wrath of Allah. This because they went on rejecting the Signs of Allah and slaying His Messengers without just cause. This because they rebelled and went on transgressing.

I've read the Qur'an. Those could be in there, but I honestly don't remember. But I'm disinclined to believe you because you wrote "Vol." after each quote. The Qur'an is organized in Suras, anyone who was asking seriously would have written Sura as the citation.

PEACE_____NOT IN THE QURAN(EXCEPT WHATEVER IS), BUT THE RECORDS OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD'S(ALLAH'S BLESSINGS AND PEACE BE UPON HIM). BE FIERCE IN THE AQCUISITION OF THIS RELIGION'S KNOWLEDGE. AND I DONT KNOW IF SATAN URINATES IN ALL CASES, THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN A SPECIAL CASE OR THIS MIGHT BE A SPECIFIC PRAYER WHERE IF YOU DO NOT GET UP YOU MIGHT GET. LEAVE THAT WHICH YOU DOUBT, YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND OR LEARN ABOUT IT LATER. AND IF YOU BELIEVE IN THE QURAN THEN, I DONT WANT TO WRITE IN CAPITALS TO YOU

I'm surprised that you picked those ones out, but forgot the part that gives you instructions on how to wipe your butt with a rock and which way to face when taking a leak.

I suggest anger management classes and once that is out of your system you take some classes on the meaning of the Quran so you will stop asking these angry questions.
