Just tell him that you have a boyfriend, even if you don't. The other option is to just tell him the truth, that you aren't interested. Both of those are better than giving him the number and avoiding him, however, because that will waste his time and yours. Not to mention that you'd be mixed up with two guys if you gave this one your number. Good luck!
