According to Me:

Most religions started out as cults, including Christianity. By the time they have been in existence for almost 1,400 years and have over a billion followers, as Islam has, they stop being a cult and become a mainstream religion. So, it used to be a cult, but hasn't been for over 1,000 years.

It can and does have cults within it, as does Christianity (remember the Branch Davidians? Or Jim Jones?), but most Muslims are good people.

Islam is a religion not a CULT! The TRUE religion of GOD. It is the first religion in the face of earth and all the existing religion is merely the diversion cause by the followers. Thats why all religion has similarity either in the beginnning, or the middle or somewhere with each other. Of course not. Religion or any religion for that matter becomes a cult when it leader starts to make weird rituals and make its followers adheres to the strict observance of their doctrine and dogma that totally erase one's individual fredom to choose his own life's path. Islamic cult is never created by Mohammed but many of the followers have developed their own agenda by using the words in their Qour'an in the same manner as many Christian denominations who use the words in the Bible for negative purposes. Killing others and/or ending your life as in suicide for the sake of what you believe in is one product of cultist religion.

Islam begets Islamic radicals...and they have twisted the real meaning of this Muslim faith into a source of false inspiration that drives them to murder and mayhem with the false promise of rewards for those who would sacrifice themselves in the execution of rape, beheadings and mass murders in the name of Allah with the sole purpose of eradication of the "infidels"...which are for all intents and purposes "non-Muslims".

The hatred they feel for Western society, that's you and me, is growing within their huge numbers and is already having the effect of the promised Holy War and is only at it's beginning stages.

Their children have been taught to hate America and freedom and they believe they have a mission to destroy all of Western democratic society all in the name of their religion.

Remember that after 9/11 there was no raised voice from the Muslim community anywhere in the country or the world for that matter...no condemnation of the actions of Osama Bin Laden and those who brought down the World Trade Center and the passenger planes that were used as bombs.
Why? because the whole of the Muslim community rejoiced in the destruction that befell America and that murdered 3000 innocent lives...all in the name of religion.

Do you remember on that day moments after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York Trade Center when the word spread to Palestine and the sight of the Muslim's celebrating in East Jerusalem
A disturbingly large number of Muslims rejoiced at the news of 9/11. Men handing out free food and making the victory sign, women dancing and howling, children laughing, while the west watched them in horrified disbelief. A sight never to be forgotten as we witnessed in stunned awe and refusal to believe that there could be so much hatred in the world...and it was aimed at us, here in America.

The time will come when we will need to defend outselves against these radicals and fanatics and only the ultimate weapons of war will be adequate enough to protect and defend ourselves from their goal of complete and utter annihilation.

The fanatical terrorists we fear have one thing in common, their mis-interpreted belief in the Muslim faith. And, it is what it is, and it is what it seems to be...the beginning of the great Holy War and soon Armageddon, the final battle between the forces of good and evil, prophesied to occur at the end of the world.
