I don't think I've ever been the center of attraction in a crowd before, but the girls I do see are usually the most confident and 'free', not necessarily drop dead gorgegous. Confidence does go a long way, and to be confident in a crowd is gift and people can see it. That's why those girl are so popular.

I don't think a person would on purposely want to be the center of attraction in a strange crowd. That sounds scary to me. Unless you are a movie star "celebrity" who wants that type of attention. Being respectable, decent and clean would be the main thing.
