Does anyone know if it is ok to do just water for a week? No food or anything just water?
Or should I do just water and small portions of food? I had a baby 10 1/2 months ago and I still feel like a cow and I need to lose some of this baby weight so I can start feeling better about myself.
Please any kind of advice or any kind of diets that anyone knows of that will help.

No! That's starving yourself. You don't want to form an eating disorder!

If you want to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, you have to lose weight slowly. People who lose ridiculous amounts of weight (40+ lbs per month, for exmaple) NEVER keep the weight off.
Losing so much weight SO fast is bad. You are only dehydrating yourself, losing muscle, and over working your heart. Also, you're not losing real weight, it's just water weight.
It's impossible to lose so much weight in such a short time and for it to be fat, not water. The reason why people who diet like this gain it back immediately is because they go back to eating normally (not diet food, or small portions), they put the weight back because for many months, their body was deprived and now it's holding on to EVERY calorie; by then, your metabolism will have already been destroyed.

After my pregnancy, I lost my weight immediately.
I went on a fruit fast for 7 days (fruit fasts are good at the beginning of any diet because they detoxify your body. they help cleanse your system, which helps with weight loss)
In the first week, I lost 14 lbs. I know this seems contradictory to what I just stated above about losing weight too fast, but it's not. No matter what diet you are on, you will ALWAYS lose a ton of weight at the beginning of it untill your body get used to it, and slows down the weight loss process.
Anyway, after I lost the 14 lbs of water weight with the unwanted toxins and other chemicals in my body, I continued my fruit fast but I added on eggs, cheeses, and milk for protein.
As soon as I added on proteins, my weight loss process slowed down alot and I was only losing about half a pound per day; which is still VERY good. I continued to eat only fruits, eggs (hard boiled eggs, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes with cheese, etc), cheeses, and milk but started introducing other foods towards the end of my diet (to have a healthy, balanced diet and get all the nutrition i need). I added on vegetables, meat, carbs, etc, but i ate the food in very tiny portions. I lost all my weight in 2 months. I lost my weight quickly, but not as fast as the usual "yo yo dieters" do (i lost about 35 lbs in two months, as opposed to losing one pound per day every day while on a diet like unhealthy dieters who will gain the weight back ), and i kept it off because I still maintain a diet. It is not quite as strict as before, but i still keep a healthy lifestyle.

If you believe that you can not lead such a strict, healthy lifestyle after the weight loss, I suggest you don't make the diet as strict as i did, so the weight loss process is a bit slower, and the weight will be kept off.

You can do it, too!

Remember to exercise AT LEAST 3 times a week.

Good luck!

If you are fasting and you are praying a lot for forgiveness it is probably good. You might even get a miracle.
If you are trying to lose weight , though, no. You will be actually making yourself gain weight because you will be slowing down your metabolism.
The best thing to do is go on a high protein, low carb diet and take Vitamin B. B vitamins give you energy and help with metabolism.
The high protein will help you gain muscle, fill your stomache so you won't be tempted to eat a lot. If you gain muscle you will lose fat.
Eat complex carbs; not simple carbs. Definately stay away from white bread and white flour products, doughnuts, cakes etc.
If this doesn't work go to google or yahoo and look up various different diets; they even have different diets for all the different blood types.
Good luck.

Besides that not being healthy it will leave you with no energy, energy you need with a 10 month old. Your a mother don't try a stupid and dangerous diet. Eat healthy lots of fruit, veggies and protien from chicken or fish not fried of course and fo to the gym or do a little at home exercising 3-4 times a week. If nothing eles think of your baby he/she needs you healthy.

Definitely feels like OCD, nevertheless there is also a few detail of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) as good. Sometimes demanding reviews can result in OCD and OCD-similar behavior; a typical one in all that's hoarding. However, whatever like what you defined can also be associated with OCD and potentially PTSD. I do not feel that there's whatever seriously unsuitable, however it probably a well notion to sit down down and speak approximately it if you are worried. However, in case your nan's been like this in view that she used to be younger, then I fairly doubt that there's a predominant obstacle with the mind itself. If it used to be, then her signs can have gotten gradually worse over the years because it could most likely be a deteriorating situation if there used to be no benefit. A bodily disorder of the mind will typically fix or go to pot, and that does not sound just like the case. It sounds extra like a intellectual situation, no longer a bodily obstacle within the mind. Although, I feel you must search authentic recommendation, in case your nan is inclined.

You will trick your body and it will think you are starving. It will shut down, and reserve fat.

Best advice that I know is to eat sensibly (low fat, sugar and portions) and exercise daily. Please consult your doctor first, you do not want a heart attack!
