and instead of giving a straight answer they go on a rant on how stupid the question is and insult YOU for having nothing better to do than ask a stupid question.

I agree. My experience is that for every question you ask, theres going to be a certain amount of **** you have to take for even asking it. Some people like to go on answers just for the fun of insulting and harrasing others. I also noticed that if you make a typo while trying to type fast, they go nuts insulting your intelegence and use of the language. Hopefully they will get bored and leave the fun to us, but probably not.

Aside from the 2 points, the fun. I don't like to give personal insults. I try to criticize the idea that I don't agree with, not the person asking the question....but sometimes I get carried away.

they want their two points, but feel the need to make themselves sound like they have a cause, thus babbling on in a manner that makes them kinda see what theire writing as speaking, which they like to hear themselves do, much as i am doing right now... blah blah blah 4 more years you suck blah blah... kinda like that. These skills are pretty useful to these people and Al Gore.
