Absolutly, it is just saying that for optimal performance pentium would be better than celeron, but it will still let you download the pictures...the pentium processor is better than a celeron, but you will still be able to do what you need to...

basically they're saying you need a Windows computer as oposed to a macintosh, ya celeron is just a mobile version of the Pentium, go snap those pix dude!!!!!
