Its good to exersise any time. The best exersise before you go to sleep is well you know. lol

can be.... Sleeping helps us to maintain ourgood circulation of blood. Also exercise do the same thing. So whether you exercise or not, there's nothing wrong. It will do you good.

not really, better when you wake up bright and early in the morn, to exercise those muscles...
it'll give you a good appetite and motivation for the days' work.

i do yoga before i sleep because it is so relaxing and stress free helps me to sleep better. this article has some yoga routines
