I was wondering if a 15-year-old can have low blood pressure? I do not know anything about LBP, only that you may have it if you often get dizzy. I don't get dizzy a lot, but one morning I woke up and I was spinning. My eyes couldn't focus on one thing and I had to move my eyes very slowly or I'd get a terrible headahce, it was TERRIBLE!! But it went away about an hour later.

And I've been doing some weird things in my room, like spinning around in circles (to music) and falling on top of my bed really hard. I've also been standing on my hands and hanging upside down over the side of my bed. I've done this for two nights and each time afterwards, I've gotten a bad headache.

I know this sounds totally retarded, but is this because I have LBP? Can I even HAVE LBP at my age?

Also, if someone could educate me on low choesteral, too? What number is good (for my age)? What number is bad? Is there a "number" for high or low blood pressure? Do I have low or high blood pressure? SORRY

Make sure you are hydrated, and have a healthy diet..(low fat, low sodium, enough protein, vitamins and healthy carbohydrates), but before that, see your healthcare provider.
Normal blood pressure is 120/80....Sometimes low BP can be caused by dehydration...or a million other things.
GO TO THE DOCTOR, NOW.
Stop standing on your head if it hurts.

Yes you absolutely can. It sounds like you have low blood pressure, low iron, or possibly a messed up blood sugar pattern. You need to see your family doctor for simple blood tests. Don't let it continue if you are having symptoms like that. It happened to me when I was your age.

Normal BP is 120/80. Low BP would be like 90/60. Normal total cholesterol is between 100 and 150. Normal blood sugar is between 90 and 110. Hope this helps!

Yes, of course. But I don't think that is what is wrong with you. You do not act weird just cause your blood pressure is high or low.
HBP is any thing over 120/80
low is anything under 100/60.
Cholesterol should not be over 180 total for someone your age.

Your low blood pressure may be caused by another underlying medical condition. Normally you can never have too low of blood pressure. The only way you can have too low of pressure is if there is something wrong with your heart, or you are doing a lot of narcotic drugs. You cholesterol cannot be to low, I advise seeing a doctor.

Its only bad if you are negatively effected by it. If you don't feel any symptoms of the low blood pressure then you are fine. In fact having low blood pressure as long as you can tolerate it is very healthy! Talk to your doctor if you are concerned. :0)

120/60 is considered good for an adult I'm not sure what is normal for your age.You could have low blood pressure but it would not be common for your age and would indicate you have some other problem.I would stop hanging up side down for one thing.(to stop the headaches) The range for you age in cholesterol is 120 - 200 mg dl.

The norm for your bp is 115/75 with a pulse rate of 90-120. There are thousands of things that could be making you dizzy, diabetes, nerve damage, vertigo, I could go on all night. Best practice always GO 2 THE DOCTOR.
