Im not too sure what some people are trying to say her. My first bf had braces and so did i. We never really had any problems. You just have to be nice and tender. You dont kiss with your teeth!.lol, I always got made fun of, because people said we would make sparks, or get tangled up...but it never happened to us. So goodluck!

Take it from someone who knows from personal experience, yes it is okay to kiss if both people have braces. I have done just about every kind of kissing with braces and everything was okay.

I don't know about when both of you have braces, but, when I was in the 6th grade I kissed a boy who had braces and my lip got caught my best friend got us apart but later her mom had to treat it, it was bleeding and just gross. I have never kissed anyone with braces since. Maybe just try to keep your mouths closed????

Um, yes it's fine. Braces rarely get stuck together. Just don't try to swallow each other's heads (I mean that nasty too deep kind of kiss). Besides - if your braces do get stuck together, it will be a cute story that will likely make you laugh forever ;)

It's okay. The whole braces locking thing is really hard to do. I tried to do it on purpose when I had them and I couldn't. Be careful, though, because if you get too crazy bumping them can really hurt.

You just need to be careful.

You don't want to press too hard and it may be best to keep your tongues to yourself, you don't want to bend wires or anything, then have the expense to your parents to take you to the orthodontist for repairs.

Might be hard to explain why also.

lol, just be careful not to get entangled in eachothers mouth. cuz that would suck....and it might be a weird kiss, but go for it if you don't mind it being a tad akward.

aww, yeah, it totally does't matter.

i have braces, and i'm always self conscious, and i asked my bf if it bothered him and he said it totally didn't bother him.

and its not like on tv, you won't get stuck together or anything
