take a bath with a SMALL capful of bleach. Soak your legs in it. This will help with the itching and draw out the toxins.

I had always heard nail polish, but somebody told me the other day to melt some butter, mix salt in it, and put that on the spot. That's supposed to kill them even if they have burrowed down deep.
