Like many others have said, your height is basically pre-determined based on your genes. You have no real choice in the matter.

Please don't go for supplements, operations, tools, or other scams, for if anything, they do damage if nothing else.

In so much as maintaining your height, it would behoove you to take care of yourself in eating well, exercising, resting, and maintaining a healthy psyche.

I can only think of modeling as one of the careers in which one would consider height. If this is so, please don't limit yourself; then again, there are markets out there for shorter females, and you just have to search. Smart women can make a place for themselves, and furthermore, can find other avenues to utilize their overall qualities. (BTW, people yield more true respect to a woman who can appreciate herself as is.)

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1Ka , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Sorry but you can't force height. Height is determined by your genes and there isn't anything you can do. I've heard that there are treatments that doctors can give you (like shots of hormones) but those are SO unhealthy and not likely to work. Really - you need to accept your height as is, feel beautiful the way you are, and find a career that doesn't focus on looks.

Oh and - eat! - my fiance (who is Indian) tells me he doesn't like Indian girls because they are SO thin - just a sidenote ;)

Like others said, it's in your genes, so there's not much you can do about it. Look at it this way, at least you won't be the first to know when it starts to rain hehe.

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't eat right, excercise, get plenty of rest, etc. and can get another fun career where height isn't a factor for your job.

It is genetic, so the only thing that they have available is an operation where they can help extend your height, they have to damage your legs to do it so it is very traumatic, I do not believe it is actually worth it for your height, you are not real short, also they have hormone therapy you can ask about but I think you might be to old for that they usually start the therapy at a much younger age.

Tall shoes. Try wedge sandles for the summer. You're height is based on your genes. That's not a medical cure for shortness.

there is an operation where doctors saw apart your bones and place metal lenghteners in them to make them longer. some people have this done, however this procedure takes a long time and it's mind-blowingly painful.

your height is determined by your parent's height. without an operation, taking herbs and crap will not help you.

Well some people say drink a lot of milk but it actually grinds your bones and makes you shorter from the calcium. Vegetables and other vitamins help a lot.

i don't know if this is a disheartening answer. sorry if it is.

uhmm, my dad, who is a physician, told me that medicines like growee or cherifer dosn't help someon to grow. it's kinda related to genetics. but don't lose hope. my dad told me that a girl stops growing when she reaches 21 yrs. old. so, have faith. you're sill 15.

sorry sweatheart, it's all in the genes. You can go to China, and have your legs broken and stretched, but thats expensive, dangerous, and it will only give you about an inch.
