I would be reaching CDG airport at 9 am and take a shower. Is there any shower facility near airport?

After shower I would like to see some places around and take a night train to switzerland at 9 pm. It will great if someone suggest a place where I can take a shower once i come out of the airport

1. Check the arrival lounge of your airline - some of them let people in for a special fee and usually they have showers.
2. Check with the hotels (Novotel, HIlton, Ibis, Blue Marine) whether day have the houlry rates.

I know that some train stations have places to take a shower, but I've only done that once. It will probably be a few Euro. Look for the public bathroom sign. I'm pretty sure that gare de Lyon and Gare de Nord have one.
