Well they just sentenced a guy to 5 or 7 years, I forget which, who was an illegal alien who got a job as a border patrol agent by showing a fake birth certificate. He smuggled in illegal aliens. In fact he had been arrested for that before becoming a border patrol agent but had given fake ID and name at that time so it wasn't on his record.
Is that what you meant?

Yep, I guess so. We just had one who was sentenced to 5 years in jail. He was an illegal Mexican (thought he was legal - yeah, sure!). He was found to be taking bribes to help illegal Mexicans over the border into the USA. Sorry, but I don't think that should be a job for anyone originally from Mexico or Central America!

Certainly not. You must be a citizen or a legal resident alien or have the correct type of non-immigrant visa to work in the US. And joining the military will NOT work. You must be either a citizen or a permanent resident to join.

Yeah that makes alot of sense, a border patrol agent who is an illegal alien. You my friend are a complete dumbass. We don't need any more illegal immigrants let alone dumb ones like yourself!!!

no. state jobs require many forms of identification (like a social security number) and an illegal alien would be unable to produce such information.
not to mention the serious conflict of interest created if such a situation were to occur.
