what is the best way to store grain,chicken pellets, bird seed, so that it dosent get moldy, gets infested with bugs, or rats and mice? will used 20 litre buckets with tight fitting lids do the job? please send me an email= leonardgid@hotmail.com thank you.

the best way to avoid you bird food getting worms or bugs in it.... is to keep it stored in the fridge with a good tight lid. this is known to most bird owners. the cold keeps the ring worms from hatching if any are in the food.

Keep them in a dry, cool place... make SURE that they are sealed properly.
