Gain some pounds is allways a pleasure. What a luck guy u r.
Try having some high calories food every 3 hour, don't need to be ''all u can eat'' unless u want. Lots of eggs, bread with some mayonaise n some kind of meat, deserts n don't forget to get some delicious drinks all day. The list is enourmous..., but don't forget to add some vegetables n green salads, so u can keep some balance.
Only 10 pounds? U can get it easyly in a week or less.
If u r worried about having a heart attack it's always wise to consult an expert n see ur present condition n health history to prevent any future problem.
Otherwise, open ur big mouth n start having fun!

I used to have a seving of 99% real cristaline CREATINE and drink a protien shake every morning after my workout. I worked out 45 minutes. ( any more than that at once and you're pushing fatigue..which ultimately means injury) I did this four days a week and gained approxamately 13 in a month. You have to take in account your own metabolism as well. A fast metobolic rate could slow the process. ... but the protein doses should slow that down some. DON'T OVERDO IT THINKING ITS GOING TO HAPPEN FASTER! Just a good workout is going to do the trick.

Choose nutrient-rich foods rather than nutrient-poor foods. Good food over junk food. For instance, instead of soda, have a glass of low-fat milk. Instead of potato chips, have peanut butter crackers, or even popcorn.
Have frequent snacks, and, again, make sure they're nutritious. Proteins (tuna fish, milk, nuts) will help build muscles rather than fat.
Mild to moderate aerobic exercise and toning exercises with weights may help gain muscle mass.

Eat boiled potatoes without skin, pastas, no sugar products, bran cookies and so forth for the flow . Even though you need to gain weight the rest has to operate too. Avoid milkshakes, don't over eat on beef. Slices of onions fried with cooking fat or butter and fry chicken livers or pork livers together make sure not too greasy and serve with potatoes without skin.....Serve all foods without salt because there is usually enough salt in it.

why would you need to gain weight? i'm sure you're fine, just eat when you're hungry and don't get too hung up about weight and stuff. i was skinny when i was younger and people made fun of me. now i'm still skinny, and i'm really happy that way. on the other hand, if it's for a movie role or something, eat lots of carbs right before bed so your body doesn't have time to work em off.

Eat healthy foods that have lots of calories, like peanut butter, avacados, cheese, drink milk.
If you want to get really crazy, take powdered milk, and add it to regular milk and you will double the calories, and you can't taste it.
