Though I am in the city right now, back home in the Aussie countryside you can see the span of the milky way presenting numbers beyond count or reason in majesty and beauty shining so faint yet so bright upon the faces turned to it in joy, and feared awe of the revealed majesty of a sky so filled, and objects so far yet so close to heart.

In other words, yes. :)

At night, yes, obviously. I live in a relatively small town, so there isn't a lot of light pollution. But for the best stars, I just drive a few kilometers out into the nearby country side. It's positively gorgeous.

I can see every one of them. Especialy the one that is shining right above you ;)

But in all seriousness, yes, even when the house lights are on. When you turn them off you can even see the dustiest looking little speckles of stars and the colors they make the night sky.

Yes ofcoarse.....they are!....But they aren't visible to the naked eye! The light from the Sun outshines that of stars.

Yes. But not like they used to be. I used to be able to see the Milky Way clearly. Now I can't. Too many street lights. The thing is though, they actually have lights that are directional but they don't buy them.
