Means it's Hot to be into chinese food. Just kidding, it's simply the "metrosexual" concept. Example is metrosexual. Mostly, it's simply a culture group. It's an old beatnik term meaning "chilled out" -- relaxed, at ease. Never heard the Chinese culture described that way, though.
