Plz... when it is about dressing up my hair everyday... i get bored with the updo, the braid... and the lazy down... so... I wonder if you know about any website or something so where I can find EASY EASY EASY ways to dress up my hair and don't look like a lazy gurl...

Well, I don't know any websites, however, I do know four easy hairstyles you can try - even if you're lazy!
Pigtails - Yes, they're childish, but oh-so-cute~! To make it extra cute, make the part as straight as you can, and RIGHT down the middle.
Headband - Yep. You read me. Just put your hair in a headband, and it's ready to go.
Half ponytail - Not all people know how to do this one, so I'll try to explain it. It's really easy and quick, as long as you know how to do a normal ponytail.
To do it, you sweep your hair back so there's no part. Then you take ALL of the loose hair from your ears and up, and hold it up. Then, all you do is tie it in a pony tail. It's that simple, and that easy. And THAT quick!
Bun - Yes, a bun. You should know how to do these. I HOPE you know how to do them, 'cause I can't explain it.
But if you think Buns are too boring, you can always make it more elegant or classy by sticking chopsticks in it, or tying it with an extra special (preferably glittery, shiny, or sparkly) band.
Sorry! That's all I got! And you don't have to use hairstyles! Leaving it down gives the illusion of being care-free and happy. If it's down, you can even curl/straighten your hair a few days a week! I hope I helped you, and good luck!

You need to experiment with clips and barrettes with rhinestones. If you don't want to take a lot of time to dress your hair, what you use in it will make you look dressy.
The simplest way to dress up your hair is to add a little shine with a spray shine product or serum. If your hair looks like you've washed it and you have a headband you don't look like a lazy girl.

i dont know of any good websites. but try putting your hair in a bun. if its long enough, all you will need is a pencil or a hairpin to stick through it. looks put together but only takes a couple seconds to do.
