Well, you can loose the weight in slow pace work out. The cardios does nothing but the same.

The cycling, treadmill and the elliptical machines all are slow pace work out only.

But, you have to take care that you shuld do it minimum 30 to 45 minutes. The reason, initally fifteen to 20 minutes the glucose in swing in to action for the energy u needed as it is an aerboic work out. After that only the sympathetic nerves system will get stimulated and fat will come into action.

Well, you must include some strecthing work out too for your the mobility of the muscles.

Yeah, if you want to loose high amount of fat within shorter time, the answer is none other than the weight training. A proper combination of weight training, cardios and strethes will make you great.

for a start u can start to work out at slow pace..but once ur body is immune to that kind of resistance..u need to increase the speed..to stress ur body.. tat is the way to lose weight
