Liking a person has nothing to do with looks or physical appearance.
And a person could be nice looking, average, or ugly with the description that you gave.
Beauty is only skin deep.

I like a person only partially on her looks. The personality is the most important part of a girl. Being funny, talkative and sweet are the best selling points in my book. Being cute is just a perk.

Looks are less important to me than personality. But, yes I'd at least hang around long enough to find out what that personality was like.
