Well you should consult the court who distributes your child support. They have an address and you should as well as long as the court hasn't revoked your rights.

This is a giant red flag, what are your primary reasons to finding your daughter and its legality involved in this situation. If your not in contact with your daughter it might be for her protection.

If you could do that, then the police would rarely have a hard time finding missing children or catching many criminals!

erm nope. do know where she is? why do you want to find her? do u have a reason? are you in danger or something? well u must have a reason, well if she didnt want you to know where she was there must be a reason. call her.
