Ghosts are not allowed to testify in court. They are legally registered dead.

dead people don't talk. :)

A dead man tells no lies. Not because he is truthful, it coz he can't talk. He has to send email or go through Sylvia Brown, which now is considered hearsay. inadmissible.

Come on man, everyone knows this.

No. The ghost has got to haunt the murderer into confessing all by his ectoplastic self.

Ghosts don't answer subpoenas, either. The dead only submit evidence in court through autopsy and crime scene forensic tests.

Sure, but the problem may lie with being able to keep constant contact with the victim enough to serve them a subpoena..

Of course you can but under the following circumstances:

1. The holy ghost has to be the judge
2. The jury has to have Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson and Mike Tyson
3. The prosecuting lawyer will be Ronald McDonald
4. The defense attorney will be George Bush

Dead people don't become ghosts. Demons pose as dead people who act alive in order to mislead people into believing that death was not given as the conseqence of sin in the garden.
