should I ask her out because last time I was being nice to her and she said that I was a sweet guy and she gave me a hug which rarely happens

Well, she could be pretending...or not. You can never tell with these kind of things. I would say to ask your sis if SHE thinks there might be a little something going on there. She will know, if she really is friends with this girl. The hug is a big part of the whole thing. That shows that either she DOES like you, or she just likes hugging people (which one makes more since?) Its up to you!

i dont know much, but i do know this. dont ask out a girl just because she hugged you. mayne, i gatta take it a little more slower and ask how she feels about you or you could get ppl/friends to ask her that question for you.

Now about your sister.
Im going through the same delema accept for im telling my Very good friends twin sister i like her. but it aint that ez, so i kinna kno wat yur going through.
