There is a girl and she works in the building next to me and I go over there every single day to have lunch and she works at the counter and we always talk and all and she asks me like when do I work and I ask her the same thing. I don't know if she is just being nice or if she wants to go out with me. I kinda want to ask her out but I don't want to mess up our friendly converations that we have everytime we see each other. What in the world should I do? GIRLS RESPOND ONLY!!

Well maybe try to initiate a conversation other than just talking about work. Maybe talk about what you like to do for fun, maybe throw in there that you are single. And maybe hint around to see if she is taken, if not then ask her to hang out sometime. Only you can know if there is a connection. I am a very friendly girl too though, and sometimes guys think it's flirting if I smile and I actually talk to them. I am just being a polite human being. If you think that she is being something other than friendly, than I say go for it. You'll only know if she likes you if you ask her out. Some tips to know if she is interested is does her face light up when you first walk in (her eyebrows raise and her eyes widen and she has a big smile on her face)? Does she make direct eye contact and hold it? Does her body language show that she is interested (tilting her head to the side, playing with her hair, touching her arm, etc.)? Do her pupils get larger when she is talking to you (hard to notice, and try not to be too obvious by staring at her pupils) and just examine the vibes she gives off to you. Honey, if she didn't like you on some level she wouldn't initiate a conversation with you. But, unfortunately there is not a "women rule book" that can assist in clarification for your question. Some women like to flirt others don't speak unless they know your ssn number. It all depends. I think this is going to require a little bravery on your part. Ask her to a movie if you bomb out make a joke and continue treating her as you did before. If she is not interested in a relationship there is no reason friendship should be taken off the table.
