The Masonic Lodge and Free Masonry teaches to secularize and accept all religions but most other faiths say that we should not mix our beliefs with those of other religions. The founding Fathers were Free Masons. The statue of Liberty was a gift from the Free Masons of France to the American Free Masons. The corner stone of the Capital building was laid by George Washington in a Free Masonry ceremony. Do you get the picture that our secular society is founded upon a Free Mason belief which pollutes the name of Yahu'eh with idol as Jabelon or Yah true Creator, Bel/Ba'al of the Pheonecians/Ca'anites and Chaldeans/Babylonians and On the sun idol of Mitsraim/Egypt ?!?!?!

I guess I'm not one of "every one of us" because I often have and still do think about other religions and I don't currently profess to be of any religion.

But I think that the sentiment of your point is meant well. I think that we would benefit from learning of religions beyond our own. But many people somehow believe that doing so will somehow upset or nullify their current beliefs.

There's a difference between religion and faith. One can study another religion without be obliged to have faith in it and, in studying another religion, can still maintain his/her own faith.

I'd be dissapointed if I die and find out my religion is the wrong one. I guess that's where that silly thing called faith comes in. But no matter how much faith there is, only one religion (if even one) will be the "right" one.

You're talkin abt the world of yesterday. Today's world, we DO consider other things. One of the reasons though could be the control that religions try and implement onto it's followers

I don't think it is about what religion is right as much as which one is the truth. I believe that everyone must search for the truth and for those who find it, they stay. For me Jesus is the truth, the light and the way.
