Because dogs don't like living creatures to get in their faces. It aggressive to them. If they are good dogs they look away or leave as quick as possible.

Sticking head out the window is just to sniff all the great scents out in the world.

When dogs put their head out the window, they are trying to sense direction and smell. It isn't necessarily the wind that feels good, they are doing a job. They are trying to figure out where they are going or how to get back home. It's an instinct thing.

2 reasons they dislike people blowing in their face, one is that they can smell ur breath and secondly they have no control of u blowing in their face but full control on sticking their head out the window when they want to

Blowing in their face is a sign of aggression in their view. The wind outside the car feels good to them.

Because they hang their heads out on their own free will. You will not like it if someone blew in your face. However, you may like being able to get some fresh air on your own if you had the opportunity.

you ever want to know why a dog does something go to the source. Ask the dog. So I put the question to my dog "SEVEN" and she told me that there are so many scents in the air that as the ca moves the scents change because there are so many . .

they like to smell things and hanging their head out the window is a great way for them to take all the smells in.also, how would you like it if someone blew in your face? you like have them window down in the car i am sure. i know i do.

It's what they are smelling. The wind smells great to them, your breath stinks.
