skin toned bump on skin?

i have these bumps on my stomach and my lower back...there not red ..there my skin color & they dont itch... i have eczema but i only get it on my arms and it itches so i dont think its eczema... does anyone know what it might be & how i can make it go away?

from what i experienced with my best friend, it might most likely be scabies. its dry bumps on your skin, i believe its like eggs under skin. you can look for it online for further meaning. try looking at the link.
