It depends on the type of aircraft / equipment. If it is operated by U.S. Airways express (a subsidiary of U.S. Airways – mostly within the U.S.A) then A and F are window seats. Whereas on a U.S airways flight, F may not necessarily be a window seat. For e.g. from London to Philadelphia and vice versa, the flight allocation is 2 4 2 where F is an aisle seat on the right (4-seater). If you give your flight number, you should get an accurate answer.

Hey flight attendant: not necessarily. If you are going on a 767, F will not be a window.

It depends on the type of plane.
Go to http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/US_Airways/information.php and find out for yourself.
