I train 7 days a week. as much as i can. when i work i get tired so i train about 4 hours that day. but when I'm not working i train about 6 hours a day. Weekley and some times daily i feel a huge difference in my performance. and you always gotta remember to take a break here or there to allow your muscles to heal or rip in some cases. I train for what i want to be the best martial artist posible. you have to remember taht if your in a martial art its as well good to culture yourself practice technique learn your arts history taht way it gets less boring. when people work out to much they tend to lose interest don't do that if you feel yourself gettin bopred of doign the same exrcises stop and do soemthign else nothing sucks more tahn a loss of motivation.

You should meditate every day.

You should do one or two forms everyday. (Unless your forms are those acrobatic flip-flop ones, in which case you may want to allow your body to rest a day or two between sessions.)

You should run every other day, at most.

If you train with weights, let specific muscles rest a day between sessions.

Stretch every day.

Spar full contact only once or twice a week.

One or two-step no contact sparring, pushing or sticky hands, etc. can be done everyday but need not be.

Most important, be respectful of others and count your blessings every day.

It depends on the dojo, like how many days they are open, or, some of them have reccommendations. Personally, I train 2 times a week.

I train 6 days a week.
But its truly up to you what you do as to if your fit enough to train that much also depends on how much time you have.
I make it a duty that when I get home I go train.

I DO ONE HOUR AND A HALF SESSION WITH MY INSTRUCTOR THEN I SPEND THE NEXT 4 TO 5 DAYS TRAINING AT HOME. I HAVE GOTTEN SOME HIGH COMPLIMENTS FROM MY INSTRUCTOR FOR DOING THIS. I AM NOT TRAINING TO BE A FIGHTER, I AM TRAINING FOR MY OWN PERSONAL SATISFACTION.

Best is train very hard and every other day.
Training very hard every day is overtraining.
Option is hard legs and lower body one day
Hard arms and upper body next day.

"Remember" always train very hard,it pays off.
