Nobody is "all muscle". Even professional bodybuilders have 3-5% of body fat on them. Some fat is essential for the body to function.

Having said that, it's good to know your "fatless weight" in order to accurately estimate how much fat to lose. But in order to do that, you'd first have to know your body fat percentage. Try these 2 calculators and take the average.

If you where all muscle you would be weightless, you would die and after decomposition the dust would blow away. Assuming that nothingness has no weight, you would be completely weightless, the ideal being according to today's media ^ ^
