Alton Brown , he not only entertains you with his crazy antics, he also teaches you how to cook. Most cooking shows show you how they cook a certain recipe every episode, not Alton Brown he teaches you how to cook. He is the only one I have ever seen who tells you why you add this ingredient. He tells you which utensil he uses and why. He tells you why you chill food before you cook it and why you let it rest after you take it out of the oven. He is the most informative person on the food network period and I must say he is also the funniest and most entertaining as well.I have learned so much watching his shows.
