Turn the first two switches on and leave them on for 2 minutes. Then turn the second switch off and enter the room after half a minute. Feel the two bulbs that are not lit. The warmer of the two belongs to the second switch, and the one that is not at all warm is of the third switch. The bulb that is on is of the first switch.

Switch one on once.
Then, switch the second one on and off about a million times, till the bulb blows up, or the switch stops functioning.
Let the third one remain off.
Go in, and observe the bulbs.

Turn on all the switches? I don't have a clue.
Yeah because there's three switches & three light bulbs, so each switch must turn on a different lightbulb?

Turn on the middle switch and the right-hand switch, wait 10 minutes. Turn the middle one off. If the lightbulb is off and cold it is the left-hand switch. If the bulb is off and hot it is the middle switch. If the bulb is on it is the right-hand switch.

Turn on two lights and wait a minute, then turn one off. Then go inside. One should be on, one should be off and warm, and one should be off and cold. If you kept track of what you did to each switch, you could match them to the light bulbs.
