if you make him propose because you want him to..... has he really propsed at all??

Um, you don't.
The short answer: If you think a proposal needs to happen, then you do it yourself.
The longer answer: A proposal is appropriate when you're both ready to really:
put each other first (even above Mom and Dad, much less anyone else besides God),
take sole (together with each other) responsibility for the consequences of your decision and for your life together (not, for example, running to Mommy and Daddy if something goes wrong), and
make a permanent commitment, in public so you're accountable.
I am worried that you are expecting your guy to take all the responsibility in this matter. It does not bode well for the future of your relationship. So start by taking some responsibility for yourself.

he need to want to propose to you you should push him in to it if he really love you then he'll propose to you when the time is right

You don't wait for him to do it on his own terms. Wouldn't you rather hear him propose without him feeling pressure so you know thats what he really wants.

why would you want to ruin things for you both? Marriage is a sham. Just be happy with what you got.
