when has the world been different. If you look at the big picture would you rather live 200 years ago with slavery and no modern medicine. How about 200 years before that no toilets poverty slavery no democracy. 200 years before that with plague and famine witch hunts and the list goes on and just gets worse the farther back you go. SO stop being so negative. Do your part to change what you can and Know the world is slowly getting better not in your time frame but is a much larger one.

Death is cheaper than life. As technology advances, we have two choices: We can either improve the quality of living for those that are here, or we can sustain a larger population (it works both ways though, so by choosing the second choie we have an exponentially growing series of technology). As the world faces resource consumption that is related to overpopulation, the cost of life in general is pretty high.

On the other hand, as an "enlightened society" we like to THINK we value human life, so forensic economists like myself are generally considered to be evil people trying to place a dollar value on human life. Oh how dispicable we are. Ooooo, hiss! hiss!

Death is real. Everything and everyone has to die.

But life is, right now, in this world, totally unrealistic.

To give life is a very difficult task. To kill is very easy.

To give life may be easier but to give a healthy and happy life is really difficult. So better to let it die rather than live.

We have become very careless about others. We have become careless about people killing people and people going hungry.
We have become very selfish.

Death is a reality and necessary. Imagine if no one died but we kept on producing. WHat would happen.
So to keep the cycle going, death is necessary. It is the careless and inhuman deaths that are criminal to a person with heart.

I can think of a few ideas. First, 33% of the world worships the image of their messiah DYING on a cross. Second, There are simply too many people. It makes living conditions undesirable because of unemployment, disease, overcrowding, and calamity. There are an estimated 121 million people worldwide who suffer from a depressive disorder. When you look at suicide rates in the world you will notice a steady exponential growth that parallels itself with human population. Violent crime is high and self esteem is low. What more can I say? The law of nature is survival of the fittest, and we have a lot of competition.

Man's tendency to sin I guess. Perhaps the degradation of the importance of family? It all is intertwined. First came free sex. Then came free thinking. Now there is so much confusion over life and death. Individualism perhaps? (I know every person is different and has to find faith on their own, but the idea that we all decide right from wrong ourselves) Like how come so many people say, "I wouldn't do it personally...but you decide for yourself" Hey I wouldn't go killing all people wearing purple personally, but do I really have to just sit by and watch when some one makes that their "personal choice" I think that killing innocent babies is the same. : ) So I guess it's the fear to stand up for anything.

I have noticed the obsession with death, it seems as though people are not giving proper attention to what it really means to be full of life. It is such a distraction for people to focus on the drama of death and not take a look at how alive they are in their daily lives.

Life seems to be "out there" to so many............instead of right inside them, moment by moment. I wish we were all expressions of life exploding within us, which is what is really happening, we just don't pay attention to it most of the time.

I believe a series of victories by the evil one. WWII(caused by Hitler) made many women enter the work force in large numbers. So less time with the j Their children and the call for baby formula because women no longer had time to nurse their children. Less nurturing at home and freedom from having to nurture children became a trend for women(selfishness gave in to instinct).

The next victory was prayer taken out of the schools, along with a movement of picking on Christians who did not stand up for their faith. Then a generation grew up with WWII vet dads who never got the help they needed to deal with the war and absent moms. The baby boomers continued this trend more and more. Then they chose not to pass on any faith at all to their kids. A generation has now grown up in America that knows little about God and passes nothing on to their kids that are at home with money and no one that cares about them.

So no mother/child togetherness, lack of nurturing as an infant, MIA dads or absent dads, no God in their lives and no hope or love. Makes me feel suicidal just thinking about it.

I see what you mean...

... so why don't you get the Hell offline, get off your computer, cancel your internet, and sell your computer, and take all that new-found money and send it to help those that are dying?

Don't complain if you're not going to do anything.
