She is hot = the word hot is use to describe the girl. Hot meaning she's attractive, sexy and intelligent. For instance, you are shopping and then you saw this gorgeous girl wearing a pretty black gucci dress. Then you tell your friend, Damn, that girl is HOT!!!

It's kind of like saying "for real?" or "yeah, I get it." The thing is, in real life I never hear people say this. Television tends to be a little behind the times in terms of lingo. I mean old people are probably writing this stuff.
