Why does Alka Seltzer antacid make you sleepy?

There is nothing in it that should make you sleepy. It's just sodium bicarbonate and aspirin, no?

pepto bismol is asprin and alka-seltzer are pain killers

Don't know why. I'm allergic to it and can't take it. Once in the hospital was enough for me.
