Yes two years ago. I have hypothyroid and take synthroid. I weighed 165 a little over two years ago. In February I started going on a low carb diet, not adkins, but low carb. By May, I was down to 135. I stuck to it pretty well for about a year and stayed at that weight. Went off it and gained a few pounds back.

I did fat-free, and lost a bit. I lost the most during my pregnancy, when the doctor messed up and upped my synthroid to 400mg from 150 prior!!
It was way to high.

I have thyroid cancer. They did not check my levels after that for about 6 months... needless to say, the baby had serious complications.... This was one of the reasons, including a few more which were neglectful..=(.

Make sure you get your thyroid checked to make sure you levels are where they should be, so you can be sure your diet will work better. When your levels are not right, you can gain or lose and not have any control over it.

I consider a kcal (Kilo Calories) is one million,000 energy. Blue Buffalo says a puppy will have to consume two of the small cans (which can be approximately 1200 Kilo energy every) for each five-7 kilos they've. So... I consider that sounds approximately correct on the grounds that I learn that small puppies will have to get approximately three hundred an afternoon. I THINK. Don't quote me.. ********** I intended to mention I consider a Calorie is one million,000 KCals
