NYC has the law, but the noise happen any time.

oh yea I love when it wakes me up at 3am in the morning .It just something about the sound that turns me on .The other day I liked it so much I kicked my car just to hear it .there is nothing like getting woken up by that sound of a car alarn .And when ur car really gets robed u will never hear it go off.Thanks for the question I think I will go right out now and kick someones car..DUDE!

especially the kind that has all differnt types of sounds, beeps and alarms in a row.
