Could this be part of her female parts? My vet kept calling her a he and I asked if she was a girl and he said oh yeah she is. It looks sorta like balls back there.. I have had one other female cat that had a similar thing. What is that??

Cats can actually be very difficult to tell apart especially when young. If you are noticing testicles it's very likely that it is a male. Look at this picture: http://www.vetinfo.com/sexcat1.gif and see if your cat looks like any of those pictured. I would definitely recommend getting your cat spayed or neutered, whatever it ends up being! Good luck!

You need to find a new vet. If he can't tell if its a boy or a girl cat he doesn't need to be working on animals. Ok on the hind end under the tail there will be 2 holes if its a girl it will look like this ; the dot is the butthole and a slit for the vagina. For a boy it will be like this : 2 dots. And they should be farther apart. The vagina is closer to the butthole. Not sure what you are talking about balls unless it really is a boy cat. But if it is a girl it could be her lil fat pack. Cats have a fat storage area thing on their belly kinda between their legs. Go get you cat spayed or neutered though. Thats your best bet for finding out.

A good test to determine if your cat has balls? Does he scratch them in the morning? Also check for things like... Does he leave the toilet seat up? Fart often? Never puts the cap back on the toothpaste? You get the idea....=PandaPaw=

Sounds like you may have a hermaphrodite cat . This does happen rarely as it does in humans.

I've never studied what was between a cat's legs, but I have a conclusion: your cats have been hermaphrodites.

Roll it over and look between it's legs. If there is a little round tuft of fur, it's a boy, if there isn't, its female.
