I have a friend that has been dating her current boyfriend almost 11 months now. He is always telling her what to do. Telling her what she can and cannot wear. Telling her to shut up. Always trying to control her. You name it and he has a say in it.
He will almost always get hateful with her and cuss her out. He has even went so far to threaten that he will knock her teeth down her throat.
She is pregnant with their child and I think she really does love him, but how can I get her to see that she needs to find someone else? Any suggestions on where this realationship will end or what will happen?

my god...
it's awful...
you need to show her that it isn't normal for that to occur
you need to get her to find help for it
be it through the police or some other mode.

this is going to end up being an abusive relationship and the signs are so evident so early!! and if your friend can see that than it is up to you to help her see the light!! i think that your friend is afraid of getting her heart broken or her boyfriend has threaten her to the point that she actually believes that she loves him. what you need to do as a friend is talk to her and see how she feels about the relationship!! tell her all the signs of an abusive relationship and ask her does her boyfriend does that to her if she realizes that she is an abusive relationship that you've got your answer to the question. but if she wants what is best for her baby.......and i mean truly wants what's best than she would get out of that relationship before both her and her baby are abused.

it's no use to tell her that she's with a worthless guy, people in love will always be blind in seeing how things are. best you can do give her advice, tell her that the relationship she has is not healthy, she doesn't deserve all the abuse she's getting from her boyfriend. let her do the deciding...she will, in time, realize that the guy she's with is a SOB and that there are better men out there.

don't intefere in ur friend's life. it is her problem and let her deal wid it. ur interference wil only create probs and confusion for her. she is big enough 2 take her decisions.God is there 2 help her. she needs 2 build up confidence and learn 2 respect herself. she should learn 2 ve her own individuality.
rest leave on her destiny. i know it is difficult 2 see some 1 dear 2 us sufferin but each 1 of us is responsible 4 our actions. all the best. may God help her. my good wishes with her. i wil pray for her.

You should tell your friend to leave this guy. No matter how much she really loves him. My dad was the same way with my mom but she left him. He even tryed to kill her and me & my sister when we were babies. My best advice tell her to leave him before its to late. She should be with some one who really loves her because what he does is not love.

your friend has an unhealthy relationship with her boyfriend...i would say try to talk 2 her n help her out, especially if she is pregnant...no man should try 2 control the relationship, it just makes things worst...n from the sounds of it, its not gon last to young...but u shold only help her if she wants 2 get out of it, but she has 2 be willing to help herself 1st...so just try n talk 2 her...good luck

it seems obvious she will become another victim of "domestic violence". she must seek help from, parent, family, a member of clergy, and most importantly the police. this guy is a criminal and a ticking time bomb.
