Number one take the dog to the same place to pee consistently for awhile. 2. Crate train, they don't like to pee in a crate and see this as their bedroom, so train up quicker. Puppies have to go out much more often, try every two to three hours if you can do it. Adult dogs can go 12 hours. Never use the crate for punishment, this crate makes them feel secure and less prone to anxiety and less aggressive. dominate the puppy in posture. If still very small, place on their side away from you and slide them down your thighs while on the floor gently. then hold them on their side facing away from you until they stop struggling, then let them go and praise them when they have held still for you. this assures your position as the dominant one in the pack and makes them less aggressive. Pulling toys with them is not a great idea in the begginning either, and when they try to teethe on you by biting down even playfully, yelp if they bite like it hurts and they will stop, this also controls aggressiveness.

Am not to sure about potty training, but I've been told u shud:

1) cover the floor of ur dog's living area with paper. let him do his bizness all aound that area.

2) as time goes, reduce the covered area's size. from one corner, systemitically towards the area you wish him to always do his bizness at.

u shud always reprimand him if he does his bizness utside the covered area. hitting is not reccomended, just scold him a little, tell him NO, do a hitting gesture, tap him lightly on da nose or just walk away n ignore him for a while.

as for ur dog's aggresiveness. Try taking ur dog for walks at the park, or places where it's crowded and he will meet and see a lot of ppl. this will giv ur dog some exposure towards other ppl etc.

Good Luck~

Good luck. Beagles are hard to train. They can be stubborn. Keep taking him out and he'll eventually get there. He will also calm down as time goes on.

Well I really forgot how I potty trained my dog. It was a long time. Two years ago. But if your dog is about to poop, if you see him circling, dont wait until he squats! Pick him up and bring him outside to poop. After he does it, hug him, kiss him, say good dog, and give him a treat.
Good luck!

Definitely get him neutered of you haven't already. He will calm down.

Potty training is just a matter of consistently taking him outside when he has to go and praising him for doing it outside.
