what can i do to make my pubic area smoother and not so rough ? when i shave it is stubbly. give me suggestions.

First a light charring with a acetylene torch to remove stubble, then a gentle sanding with #60 grit sand paper followed by at least two coats of varnish and a good deck sealer.

Brazilian wax for sure. It hurts like heck but well worth it.
If not trim it with a trimmer and and give it a nice shape.
Or shave it and add bikini zone, that will eliminate the bumps and prevent ingrown.

Stop shaving, and let it grow in naturally.
Get waxed instead of shaving.

Seriously? Try shaving with baby oil or baby lotion. Baby oil especially'll mess up the tub and you'll need to clean it out afterwards but you might find it's worth it.
