If I send parcel of usable stuff around $100 to my brother living in the USA, need he collect it from post office or post man will deliver it to him where he lives. I will also mention his detailed postal address. Please inform me in details

it really depends on how you send it. you can send it over night and have a tracking number, so it does not get lost. also he can sign a card as soon as he gets it and you will get the card that has his signature on it with in days. you can send it to a p.o. box or his house.

it depends on how you sent it. did you send it regular parcel post? if you did, then the mail man will deliver it, provided you put the correct address on it.
if you sent it by fed ex, dhl, or any other courier, they will also deliver it but in a different fashion. if he isnt home they will leave a note saying to contact them for pick up.

I hope you insured it when you send it. I would think it would be able to be sent by the post man.

they should deliver it to his home, unless it is a p.o box. in that case he will have to pick it up at the post office
