Answering your question, she likely does like you. But that is only the first consideration. Some women flirt with several men at the same time.
If you want to clear up the ambiguity -
1. Meet with her away from work in a public setting. Just visit with her normally. If you feel good vibes, ask her your questions directly. If she doesn't want to meet with you outside of work, she probably is just being flirtatious.
2. Keep in mind their may be some sexual harassment issues to be mindful of if you are her boss.

If you don't try to ask her out and get to know her more, then you never know she have feeling on your or not. Have a causal dating is a good start and understand each other.
